The EOC's Weatherization programs are designed to help elderly, disabled, and low-income homeowners with weatherization assistance so they can conserve energy-and reduce high heating and utility bills. The Weatherization works with a variety of public and private partners and funding sources, so there's a program available for nearly every need. Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP) National Fuel Gas Income-eligible National Fuel Gas customers in Warren, Forest, and McKean Counties Sidewall insulation and weatherization services. Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Non-Fuel Crisis LIHEAP/U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Income-eligible households in Warren, Forest, and Venango Counties Emergency services for households that are without heat or have serious health threats due to faulty heating equipment.
