That's what we do at the Warren-Forest Counties Economic Opportunity Council. As a Community Action Agency, we work within the community to mobilize resources that help our neighbors become self-sufficient. Our programs provide services to thousands of people and families throughout Warren and Forest counties. We also offer information and referral assistance to countless others. Enjoy your visit!

The EOC is part of a broad 43-agency network of Community Action Agencies covering the 67 counties in Pennsylvania. Community Action is the nation's largest network of community-based organizations whose principal mission is serving those in need.
