Community Services for Warren, PA
The Community Services Department offers a wide variety of programs and services specifically designed to help people become self-sufficient. Our dedicated staff looks at the unique circumstances facing each individual or family to determine what programs or services are needed.
Our offerings include assistance in obtaining safe, secure, and permanent housing, preventing homelessness, job training, utility assistance, or referrals into other beneficial programs either within the Warren-Forest Counties EOC or to other social service providers in our community.
