Who is eligible?
Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts is designed for children who are:
- Between age 3 and until the entry age for kindergarten; and
- Children whose family income is less than 300% of the federal poverty level
- Children who are at risk either because of language (English is not their first language) or special needs issues
