Our primary goal is to assist clients in transitioning to the EARN (Employment, Advancement, and Retention Network) Program. In Work Ready clients work toward securing and retaining employment by working with a dedicated Case Manager who, through a service plan, provides services aimed at helping clients to stabilize their situation and overcome any barriers in the way of self-sufficiency. 

Work Ready is run through the Faith Inn office of the Warren Forest EOC, and is a time limited activity. Clients may not participate for more than 12 months and must complete 4 consecutive weeks to successfully complete the program.

Partners/funding sources for Work Ready include the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).
