PRE-K COUNTS
    About the Program
    Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts is a state funded pre-school program for 3 and 4 year old children. The Warren-Forest Counties Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) is the program's lead agency.

    Each year the EOC uses available funding to serve 26 children in a FREE, full day instructional program in Warren County.
